3G Surveillance Engineer:

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Working Hours: 48 standard hours per week + additional hours as required

Job Description:

Operation & Maintenance 3G network in NMC.

Monitoring and Handling alarm, logging outages.

Dispatching co-ordination refers to booking out alarms or faults technicians and Keeping track of them.

Handling Trouble tickets and reports.

Handling Technical trouble reports from customer complaints.

Supporting Saudi Telecoms staff in operation and maintenance of 3G nodes

Operation and maintenance of 3G nodes from OSS.

Support system engineer on site in case of maintenance down time or any maintenance activity.

Possibility Modifying B number analysis if any problem.

Possibility modifying routes or creating or removing or making alternative route.

Possibility of analyzing C7links global titles and signalling points in MTP and SCCP network.

Training local staff on correct NOM procedures.

Lead and work within the NO&M service fulfil the targets for performance levels agreed with customer.

Help the customer to get more knowledge about Ericsson's procedures.

Evaluate &update new Monitoring methods & Reducing the outages time.

Discuss the National/International/VAS routing changes requests with his team leader.

Qualification :

The Surveillance Engineer should have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum 5 years in telecommunication field and 2 years Core network /Radio Network experience.
