Electromechanical Surveillance Engineer:

Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Working Hours: 48 standard hours per week + additional hours as required

Job Description:

Responsible for the surveillance of the network. Perform 24 hours surveillance of the E&M Alarms in GSM network by OSS.

Monitor, analyze, escalate and Follow Up all faults reported by these systems.

Call-out the Field Technicians/Sub Contractors with a work order for all the faults & activities.

Follow up of issued WOs to resolve the issues.

Accomplishment of Daily Reports as Requested by the Management .

Escalate customer related issues to the Customer.

Escalate and Follow up Telecom related issues to other Venders.

Have to follow the procedures issued by Front Office.

Qualification :

A minimum 2 years basic technical education.

Acceptable written and spoken English.

Good team player with self motivation and experience of working within a multi-cultural environment is essential.
